Within Bukit Timah, we have two game changing Detached located at Merryn Road, that’s still undergoing construction till end-2021! Gotta stay tuned for this one! 

What we do know, is that for its build, they’re going to have actual glass bricks for its foundation, which is the first in Singapore! It’s also used for the boutique in Hermès Amsterdam, and creates an alluring intrigue for onlookers and those within. 

We have two decently-sized plots, one at 4,400+ sq ft, another at 5,080+ sq ft.
