So, we received a question, “should I buy a property that is currently being tenanted? And is it advisable to do so or should I wait until the property is being vacated by the current tenant before I buy?” I think this question is one of the very common questions because out there in the market, there are properties that are being sold with vacant possession. That means when you go for viewing, either the owner is staying right there or is a vacant unit, so meaning that there’s no existing tenancy running that’s attached to the deal when you buy it.
