Right, so we have a question coming in from all of our audience Ernest, and he’s asking this pretty generic question, but also a very, very important question which is, how is the market doing now? Because I think he’s planning to buy a property in Singapore. I think this question is very popular because everybody would like to ask how is the market doing now? How’s the market doing this year? Should I buy now or should I wait later? What if I buy now? Will the price drop or will the price increase? And stuff like that. So I think it’s a very generic but important question that everybody would like to be answered. 

This round, we answer the age-old and most popular question. Of course, this question has different answers at different seasons of the property market. 🙌 

But Singapore is probably in a different trajectory now and is becoming more and more mature in terms of the property market. Let’s have a look 😉
